  • 5 cups prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups thickened cream
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • Fresh or Frozen Berries, to garnish


  1. In a saucepan, heat the prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk to a near boil, then cool.
  2. Add sugar and flour to the cooled Goat Milk and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Beat the eggs well. Gradually stir the eggs in the hot mixture until fully mixed. Cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from stove and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. When thoroughly chilled, add the thickened cream and vanilla.
  5. Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with berries.
