Ingredients

  • 1 cup of berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk
  • Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
  • A handful of ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. To reach a texture of your liking, add more goat milk until you reach desired consistency
  3. Top with fresh berries to garnish
  4. Enjoy your Goat Milk Smoothie!
