Creamy Pumpkin Soup

  • 1kg Pumpkin (Peeled and chopped into large chunks)
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 4 cups of Stock, this can be chicken or vegetable stock
  • ½ cup of prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk

Optional Ingredients:

  • If you want extra richness in your soup, just add a touch of butter!
  • Bread to serve


  1. Place peeled pumpkin, onion, garlic, and stock in a pot.
  2. Boil rapidly for 15 minutes until pumpkin is very tender.
  3. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, then stir through the CapriLac Goat Milk.
  5. Add in a touch of butter, as desired.
  6. Enjoy with a piece of sourdough bread!
