Ingredients
- 5 cups prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 4 cups thickened cream
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- Fresh or Frozen Berries, to garnish
Goat Milk Ice Cream
Directions
- In a saucepan, heat the prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk to a near boil, then cool.
- Add sugar and flour to the cooled Goat Milk and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Beat the eggs well. Gradually stir the eggs in the hot mixture until fully mixed. Cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from stove and chill in the refrigerator.
- When thoroughly chilled, add the thickened cream and vanilla.
- Freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with berries.
