Potato Topping Ingredients
- 500g potato or sweet potato, washed and cubed
- 100ml of prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk
- 40g cheese, grated
Pie Filling Ingredients
- 500g fish fillet of your choice
- 1 large carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100ml of prepared CapriLac® Goat Milk
- 100g cheese, grated
Directions
- Make the mashed potatoes. Steam potatoes over a saucepan of hot water until soft. Then mash them with prepared CapriLac Goat Milk and pop to the side.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grate the carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Soften these in a fry pan with a little olive oil until they start to get a bit of colour.
- Make up the sauce for the pie by combining CapriLac Goat Milk and stirring through the grated cheese. Combine the sauce with the vegetables and bite size pieces of the fish fillets.
- Spoon the pie mixture into small ramekins and top with a generous spoonful of mashed potato. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve with green beans or your veggies of choice.
